Endurance Monster Run This Weekend Oct 4th
This Sunday we are kicking off Endurance Monster Month with our Enudrance Monster Run! We will have 13.1 Mile, 10 Mile, and 10k routes that will start and stop at Clear Lake Park. Our normal group bike ride and run workouts will be swapped as well this week to allow our regular group run to coincide with the Endurance Monster Run on Sunday.
Pre-Event Briefing at 6:45am
13.1 Mile and 10 Mile Runners will start at 7am
10k Runners will start at 7:15am
We will have a cooler with small water bottles at the 10k turnaround point (Armand Bayou)
All Participants will be responsible for their own nutrition support / trash disposal
All participants will be in charge of keeping track of their own timing and distance during the event
Everyone is encouraged to practice social distancing as best as possible
