GROUP RUN TRAINNG– Receive a comprehensive training plan with Training Peaks targeting your requested “A” race. This plan will include weekly/weekend group runs, running clinics (with topics such as nutrition, injury prevention, foam rolling/SMR techniques, and running shoes 101) and Yoga for Endurance Athletes.
